As part of its ongoing commitment to Occupational Safety, Health and Hygiene (OSH), the Liberatos Group held the first Daily Safety Dialogue (DDS) session on August 6, 2026, led by the General Director, Engineer César Liberato.
During the meeting, management reinforced that safety depends on the active participation of all employees. In this regard, it highlighted that each professional plays an essential role in identifying risks, reporting unsafe situations, and requesting the necessary equipment to perform their duties safely and efficiently.
Furthermore, specific protection measures for each area of activity were reiterated. In the metalworking area, the mandatory continuous use of gloves and safety glasses was emphasized. In fuel distribution, the use of special gloves to protect the skin from the harmful effects of the handled products was stressed. Similarly, the use of safety boots, protective suits, and helmets remains essential in hazardous areas.
On that occasion, the Director emphasized that prevention should be part of the work routine and that compliance with safety standards protects not only employees, but also their families and the continuity of the company’s operations.
“No one comes to work to have accidents, but rather to earn a living for their families. Workplace safety is essential, and the goal is to achieve zero accidents,” stated César Liberato.
With this initiative, the Liberatos Group reaffirms its commitment to promoting a culture of prevention, responsibility, and continuous improvement, placing the protection of people at the center of its priorities.
