As part of mental health awareness initiatives held in October—and in observance of World Mental Health Day on October 10—Grupo Liberatos hosted a talk titled “Mental Health at Work” at its facilities on October 9, 2026. The session was led by Dr. Ana Vasconcellos.
This initiative aligns with the company’s commitment to promoting the health, safety, and well-being of its employees, reinforcing the importance of mental health as a vital factor for both quality of life and professional performance.
During the session, various aspects of mental health in the workplace were discussed, with a particular focus on developing individual strategies to cope with daily challenges and adversities. Dr. Vasconcellos encouraged attendees to find activities or moments that serve as a healthy outlet, thereby fostering emotional balance and better stress management.

The talk also highlighted the importance of recognizing and valuing each employee’s achievements within the organization, prompting reflection on individual contributions, motivation, and the role each team member plays in achieving collective goals.
Through this initiative, Grupo Liberatos reaffirms its commitment to building a healthier, safer, and more balanced work environment—one where mental health, the valuing of people, and employee well-being are central to the organizational culture.
